Fadi Martinos, a PhD student in the University of Iowa's Health Management and Policy Department, has developed analytic skills throughout his professional and academic careers geared to evaluate health policies such as state Medicaid waivers, long-term care programs, and variations in cannabis policies across states. His most recent work in the field of cannabis and older people focuseses on developing policy measures pertaining to state cannabis policies that affect older people. He also studies the association between cannabis use, caregivers, and its intersection with health-seeking behaviors.
